El Slo Café is the new professional chapter for Fabrice. After a long career in marketing and leadership roles within the industrial sector, he felt the need for a change of direction — a personal project built around a few essential values. He wanted to create something hands-on, in direct contact with an international, multi-generational community, in a welcoming environment where he could share his passion for quality products.

Specialty coffee offered the perfect opportunity: a refined companion for those magical coffee-break moments, paired with delicious pastries and a genuinely personal touch.
